Customer Service Administrator

Job Responsibilities

1. Accept customer orders, provide product consulting, perform price adjustment, technical support, track sales progress, follow-up PO process and timely feedback to customers.
2. Regular contact customers via phone email, QQ or wechat. Establish good relationship with customers. Understand customer requirements, propose order plan, timely identify customer problems, and provide correct and satisfactory response;
3. Study and understand the company's product range, able to provide basic application guidance of the products to the customers;
4. Have the service
consciousness and ability to deal with problems, maximize customers' satisfaction. Report the difficult technical problems to the supervisor or relevant personnel in accordance with the process and follow the progress until they are resolved;
5., with a certain sense of sales, at any time for the company's existing customer marketing, allowing customers to understand, accept updated products, to help achieve the best marketing results.
6., continuously accept the company's business and skills training.

Qualifications:

1. College degree,
2. Have certain customer service experience or administrative work experience
3. Strong communication skills

Skills Required:

1. Skilled in computer operation
2. Experienced in office software
3. Knowledge of on-line sales is preferred
