WATER-PROOF ANTI-CORROSION COATING
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Coolbond ® epoxy asphalt mortar and waterproof repair mortar are multi-purpose products used in building construction. The products are based on environmentally friendly solvent-free epoxy resin with required aggregates and specially formulated additives. The Coolbond® products have strong adhesion towards the building materials such as iron and steel, stone, engineering plastics, asphalt membrane etc.. They can be used as repair paste or thick slurry waterproof coatings. They are suitable for used for repair and leveling purposes for various of acid-resistant brick, granite, marble, asphalt waterproofing membrane paste etc..
The products have following characteristics:
■ Eco-friendly, construction safe and reliable
■ Good non-flowing thixotropy property
■ Easy mix and application, high bond strength
■ Low shrinkage on curing to ensure long-term loading capacity, anti-aging properties
■ Anti-moisturizing permeability, water resistance, acid corrosion resistance
APPLICATIONS
Coolbond® EP-320 is a new generation of non-tar modified epoxy petroleum asphalt product. The performance is similar to that of epoxy coal tar, tar modified epoxy resin. It has excellent outdoor performance such as waterproof, anti-aging, anti-corrosion etc.. The product is versatile. It can be used as water-proof sealant, repairing leakage of buildings, cement and damaged asphalt pavements. EP-320 has excellent adhesive strength, easy to mix and apply, non-flowing performance for construction. It has very good adhesion for a variety of asphalt membrane, engineering plastics, metal, concrete, stone, brick and so on.

APPLICATION GUIDE
1. Clean the area to be coated and let dry.
2. Add product A to curing agent B into a container at a given ratio and mix thoroughly. Note Part B of the product shall be stirred before weighing as it will be precipitated after a period of time.
3. Use scraper to apply the mixed viscous clay evenly to the designated area.
Note:
1. The mixture shall be used up within specified operation (Gel) time.
2. The product shall not be used at the environmental temperature below 10oC. Clean the application surfaces.
